Our open-concept brewery consists of a fully automated Main Brewhouse for large commercial production, while our pilot systems, 20 hl and 1 hl, can be utilized for hands-on recipe development, one-off brews, and smaller batch seasonal beers. Our state-of-the-art hi-tech automated brewhouse and production equipment, with in-line process controls, has been custom built by the finest manufacturers of beer equipment in the world.
